The Gossip Corner with Stine

Season Finale Time
This week marked many season finales for several popular shows. Two of my faves are Greys Anatomy and Scandal! Now I was going to talk about NCIS and NCIS: LA however, I didn't realize how much I had to say about these two shows ending for the season! So I'll just give you the run-down of Greys and Scandal this week. Keep in mind there are SPOILERS so if you haven't seen the episode, go watch it first and then come back and read this!

Greys:
OMG! This was pretty much how I felt throughout last night's episode, that and sobbing. The episode opens with Cristina, Meredith, and Mark looking for the others who were on the plane, Meredith goes off to find Derek while Cristina and Mark find Lexie trapped under part of the plane and in really bad shape. Meanwhile back in Seattle no one knows that there has been an accident and they carry on business as usual-which was kind of frustrating I must admit. Mark and Lexie have a long overdue convo about their feelings for one another, Bailey proposes to Ben AGAIN-he finally says yes, and Dr. Webber is all excited for his annual dinner with the residents.

And Shonda Rhimes didn't hold back, Lexie would not survive her injuries leaving Mark broken hearted and professing his love for her saying they "were meant to be". Other shockers include: Derek might lose his hand, Owen fired Teddy forcing her to take a better job, Jackson announcing he's going to Tulane, and Karev justifying his departure to Johns Hopkins! How Shonda ended this season has given viewers little hope for a positive outcome because she left Derek, Meredith, Cristina, Mark, Arizona (and Lexie) in the woods without heat or food. Why Shonda why?!?!

Scandal:
Holy moly this was a cray shenans episode full of twists and turns. Quinn walks in to find her reporter bf, Gideon, bleeding from a stab wound to the neck! She calls Olivia not knowing what else to do, it's then that we find out that Quinn isn't who she says she is-WHAT?! Olivia makes her a client and instructs the team to clean the scene and make sure that Quinn doesn't get anywhere near the police booking station. As for the President's infidelity drama, VP Chief of Staff, Billy Chambers (who stabbed Gideon for finding out the truth about the Prez's "mistress" Amanda) made that news public forcing everyone to go into damage control. Meanwhile Olivia & Cyrus (Prez COS) work on keeping the Prez in office.

Other shockers include: the police come for Quinn, Pres. Grant says that he'll step down and be free to divorce so he and Olivia can be together, Mrs. Grant & Olivia devise a plan to save the Prez forcing Olivia to leave the White House. The episode ended with the Chief of Police bringing Quinn to Olivia's office saying he knows who she really is, Olivia turns to Quinn and says, "do you want to tell them who you really are, or should I?"-fade to black. AHHH!!!

What are your thoughts on these finales? What other shows finales were you excited to see? Let me know!
