Thirsty Thursday's With Vicki

Happy Belated Halloween!

Now that Mother Nature is done ruining any fun festive holidays for the moment, I can finally tell you about what I did for my Halloween celebrations! Halloween is on the top of my fave holidays next to Christmas. Maybe it's just because at my age, it's just all about dressing up and having a good time with your friends whether it's at a nightclub, a bar, or a party! Since I was sick of paying all this money on a costume I'd only wear once, I decided to go the cheap route and just wear what I had in my closet.

The first way I celebrated Halloween was by going to Hartford, CT with a few girl friends. We went to this block party which was only $10 to get in to about 3 different bars/clubs. Each place was packed with college kids and people in their 20's all dressed up just having a good time!

Me and Janae!

My friend Jess had the coolest costume! She
was a Peacock!!!!
For this Halloween celebration, I dressed up like a Cowgirl! I love country music, and have been to a few country concerts over the past few years. This December I'm going to see Lady Antebellum and then Blake Shelton in February! I'll be shaking my Badonk-A-Donk all night long at these concerts!

And hope you caught the CMAs last night if you LOVE country music like myself! Congrats Tay Swift for winning Entertainer Of The Year! She's a great entertainer and so gorgeous in person. Saw her last June in concert with my best friend Courtney.

This past Saturday night, I had a fun reunion with all my friends from High school! We all went to my friend Mary's house for the night and had a great time!

The Girls Posing!
For this Halloween celebration, I dressed up like a Pink Patriots Girl! I've finally gotten into football this season, and haven't missed a Pat's game yet! The hat and jersey were a gift, so I figured I might as well get some use out of them. And even though the Pat's lost on Sunday to the Giants...I still wore this jersey again the next day proudly!

GRRR!!!

Throughout the night I also enjoyed some festive Halloween drinks! One in particular that was my favorite was an Autumn Russian! I found the recipe on the back of a Hiram Walker Pumpkin Spice Liqueur I bought! Talk about deliciousness!
