Reunions

This past weekend, two of my favorite things happened on Saturday night. A girl’s night with some close friends and margaritas! My friends Courtney, Leanne, Emily and myself went down to Northampton for the night for drinks, food, and dancing!

We first started off at Mama Iguanas in Noho for dinner and drinks. I know I've posted about the Mama Iguanas in Springfield before, so I won't repeat myself too much, but it still is one of my favorite places for margaritas. This restaurant is much smaller than the one in Springfield. I do find the atmosphere at the Springfield location to be much better just because of the size of the building and how it has an outside bar, but it still has great drinks and Mexican food. I do like how the Noho restaurant though is conveniently located right near many other restaurants/bars like Toasted Owl, Fitzwilly's, Tully's, and the Northampton Brewery.

Back in our senior year in highschool, the four of us were part of a group called “The Sixes.” All of us were always together no matter what, and were best friends. We went to every dance together, party, and school event. We were attached at the hip. When college hit, we all started to change, and the group started to drift apart. For me, I was fortunate to stay close friends with most of the girls, but I still didn't get to see them very often because I was away at college. It's hard to find time to hang out with each other, but when we do it's like we were never apart.
